Lean & Mean Green Juice

This Green Juice will love your body. Greens are very akaline and will help to detox and clean you out.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 4 Green Apples

  • 1 Kale Bunch

  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1 Knob of Fresh Ginger

  • 5 Celery Pieces

  • 2 Lemons (Do not juice the peel)

  • 1 Cilantro Bunch (optional)

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Wash all your produce and chop according to your juicer mouth size.

  2. Put all ingredients in your juicer. If you are using a high speed blender don't forget to strain your juice through a strainer or nut milk bag in order to remove the pulp.

  3. Sit back and enjoy.

 

*Tips: If you are new to green juices and would like to make it sweeter simply add more apples. You can also opt to switch out the kale for romaine lettuce. Make it yours, and experiment with different ingredients as you see fit!
