Sunshine Juice

Here's an awesome juice recipe that is just as good (& as good for you) as it looks!

 

Benefits:

 

This juices main ingredients are celery, daikon and yellow bell pepper. Daikon has been known to detox the body, up your immunity, get rid of mucus in the body and help with bone health due to its high levels of calcium. Another fun fact is that celery has tons of magnesium which is proven to help reduce stress and help you sleep. It's no wonder you'll be feeling sunny after drinking this wonderful juice.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Daikons

  • 1 Celery Stock

  • 2 Yellow Bell Peppers

  • 1 Apple

  • 2 Inch Chunk Ginger

 

Directions:

 

1. Wash and prepare your vegetables to the idea size that will fit through the mouth of your juicer. Be sure to de-seed your bell peppers.

2. Juice all ingredients.
